Josh Hackler
Josh Hackler is the Co-Founder and CEO of Grassfed Culture Hospitality, the Miami-based group behind favorites like Los Félix, Krüs Kitchen, and ZeyZey. Growing up in Myrtle Beach, SC, in a family steeped in the restaurant biz, Josh’s love for hospitality was sparked early—especially after a family trip to France and Spain at 14. He studied International Business at the University of South Carolina, where he met his wife and business partner, Pili Restrepo Hackler.
Before launching Grassfed Culture in 2020, Josh founded Spanish Vines, a successful wine import business. Now, as CEO, he drives growth, oversees wine programs, and ensures the group stays true to its values of sustainability and community. When he's not shaping the future of hospitality and reimagining the urban experience, Josh is all about triathlons, fitness, and quality time with family and friends.

Pili Restrepo Hackler
Pili Restrepo Hackler is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Grassfed Culture Hospitality, a Miami-based group behind hot spots like Los Félix, Krüs Kitchen, and ZeyZey. Born in Bogotá, Colombia and raised across Colombia, the U.S., and Spain, Pili’s globetrotting upbringing sparked her entrepreneurial spirit. After studying international business at the University of South Carolina, she moved to Florence to master jewelry design. She later launched her own jewelry brand before diving into hospitality with her husband, Josh Hackler, in 2020.
Today, she oversees branding, design, and marketing for each concept, playing an integral part in shaping the unique identity and brand voice for the hospitality group. Her hands-on involvement in almost every aspect of the company keeps her inspired and allows her to continue to cultivate a brand that remains true to its core values of sustainability and nourishing the community. Outside of work, she’s a sailing newbie, an avid traveler, and a passionate advocate for single mothers through the LETO campaign. Always inspired by her kids, Pili values family, curiosity, authenticity, and connection above all.

Sebastián Vargas
Sebastián Vargas is the Co-Founder and Executive Chef of Grassfed Culture Hospitality, the Miami-based group behind Los Félix, Krüs Kitchen, and ZeyZey. Born in Santa Marta, Colombia, and raised around the globe thanks to his parents' work with UNICEF, Sebastián’s love for food was sparked by the bustling markets of New Delhi. After studying traditional French cuisine in Paris, cycling across Europe, and refining his skills at top kitchens like Osteria Francescana and Eleven Madison Park, he co-founded Grassfed Culture in 2020.
As Executive Chef, Sebastián creates innovative dishes that fuse bold flavors, sustainability, and tradition. Under his leadership, Los Félix earned a MICHELIN star and both concepts received a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainability. When not in the kitchen, Sebastián finds inspiration in the stories behind food, believing cooking is about nourishing the soul.
